If I could give Studio Ritz “10+ stars” I would…one for ever year I have been a client! She gave the best, long-lasting, traditional manicure back then and the absolute best no-chip now…extremely beautiful and long-lasting! Having worked in Oak Brook, getting nail services at lunch was convenient and when I started working in the city, following negative no-chip and traditional mani experiences, I did whatever I could to book in advance at Studio Ritz. Ritzie’s knowledge-based approach to nail care made me a “no-chip convert” and there is NO COMPARISON to a typical strip mall salon that accepts “walk-ins”. She is highly customer-focused and provides the best quality services at that price point. As a professional, I have found that hopping from salon to salon for the best “deal” is not for me and I prefer knowing I will receive consistent and excellent service and results time and again. In addition, in getting to know Lynda, I started to book with her as well for hair color and it has never been healthier!

I’ve been coming to Studio Ritz for no chip manicures on my lunch break for over 2 years, and never wrote a review! For shame! Ritzie is a rock star nail expert! She uses the Gelish brand which in my experience is the best! The salon is an adorable little hidden gem on the lower level of the Drake Building on York and 22nd. I work across the street and as a working mom of a toddler, it is so nice to be able to schedule a quick mid-day pampering. Ritzie is quick while being a perfectionist. Highly recommend this place!

I was lucky enough to experience the magic of Ritzie this week. After reading testimonials on her website, I knew I needed to try her for a no-chip manicure. I scheduled online, (which is very easy!) and was welcomed by Ritzie herself and she already knew my name. We had a lovely conversation and after telling her about my sparse eyebrows (due to the ravages of chemotherapy), she told me she could help me! Ritzie shaped what was left of my eyebrows and then instructed me how to use a product she sells. ($28 only, lots cheaper than Anastasia products!) Not only did I leave the salon with beautiful nails, she made my eyebrows look the best ever! I felt like I had happy eyes again! Thank you Ritzie, I’ll be back!

Studio Ritz is a hidden gem. The location is a little hard to find, but it is worthwhile to venture in the basement of the Drake Oak Brook Office Complex to find them.

Ritzy is awesome! I have used her for waxing services. She makes your eyebrows look flawless and her technique is the most pain free I have ever had… and I have been waxing my brows for a long time. I can’t wait to book a pedi!

UPDATE… Have booked several haircuts now with Lynda Gorecki and couldn’t be happier. Lynda is very experienced and knowledgeable due to her rock star platform artist status and you actually leave with a hair cut that you can style all by YOURSELF. Highly recommended.

I live Downtown and drove all the way to Studio Ritz Salon after being referred. I moved from Las Vegas to Chicago and was in desperate need of finding a new hairdresser who was an expert in hair extensions. My consultation with Lynda was very informative and I was very excited to get them. Now… my hair looks AMAZING! and are so natural looking like it’s my own hair except better! Lynda knows how to work with the shape of your face and design a haircut & color which flatters your features. She takes the time to show you how to style your hair at home, and which products will work best for your hair. I like that the salon is not some snooty place but an intimate and welcoming salon and I love being there. I treasure the relationship I’ve developed with Lynda and trust her immensely. I finally found a salon I can stick with! I have gone to other salons that charge a lot of money for mediocre work in comparison to what Lynda my stylist can do I refer people over there all the time! It’s tucked away in the Drake Oak Brook office building with plenty of parking. I found this salon on Yelp and it was one of the few salons that had the full 5 out of 5 stars with all positive reviews that convinced me to give them a call. I also discovered more of the salon reviews in the FILTERED AREA on “yelp”. To summarize my experience… I guarantee you will not leave disappointed. A client for life!

I found Studio Ritz Salon on “Yelp” read the reviews and have become a forever client! For the 1st time I can honestly say that my hair has NEVER looked better! If you plan on making an appointment at the salon don’t be disappointed if you can’t get in right away, the salon is generally booked 1 month in advance but believe me it’s worth the wait. I have struggled with my frizzy hair all my life, and have had every possible straightening service on it. I researched on line salons that do not use FORMALDEHYDE in their products, and discovered Studio Ritz Salon offers a “softening treatment” which is formaldehyde free! Happy me, happy hair! It has been a hair miracle to have healthy frizz free hair. I can’t express enough how amazing this salon is, and there beauty knowledge will blow you away!

I was recommended to go to Studio Ritz to see Lynda after I had a really bad hair color experience from another salon. I could not get an appointment right away because it was explained the salon is generally booked several weeks in advance so… when I took the first ava spot I couldn’t be more anxious to get there. Lynda is a “International Platform Artist” which isn’t a walk in the park you can tell that it’s not just hair for her it’s her passion.! To find a stylist is easy, to find a talented stylist is not!!! I found mine and I’m not going anywhere else!
