Where are you located?

We are located inside of the Drake Office building located on the SE corner of 22nd & York Road. You are welcome to park anywhere on the lot including area’s that state “permit parking” However the only area you may not park in is the 1-hr. parking zone, that is reserved parking only. When you enter the building, go LEFT and take the elevator down to the lower level “LL”. Exit the elevator and go LEFT, LEFT, RIGHT, and voila, you have arrived!

What is your cancellation policy?
Nail Service

Guests canceling with less than 24 hours of their scheduled reservation will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved to continue booking services at Studio Ritz Salon. This will allow our team of professionals to be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and accommodate other guests on our waiting list.  NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service amount.  We do text/email to confirm the date and time 24 hours prior to your reservation.  If you arrive late and our schedule allows for us to hold your reservation, we will.  If it is going to affect our other guests, we will unfortunately have to reschedule, or make adjustments to the services scheduled.

Hair Service

No shows & guests canceling with less than 48 hours of their scheduled reservation will be charged a $50  fee. Please respect our time and understand that our appointments are planned around serving you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Lynda – Cash, check or PayPal
